At Etoile Bloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because our products include fresh flowers, cakes, and personalized gifts, certain return conditions apply.

1. Fresh Flowers

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns or refunds are generally not accepted once delivered.

However, if your flowers arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Wilted upon arrival

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for assistance.

2. Cakes & Food Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, cakes and edible products cannot be returned once delivered.

If there is an issue with:

  • Wrong order
  • Damaged cake
  • Quality concerns

Please contact us within 24 hours.

3. Gifts & Accessories

Non-perishable gift items may be eligible for replacement if:

  • Item is defective
  • Wrong product received
  • Item arrived damaged

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before preparation or dispatch. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
